All our parcels are sent by insured couriers

• we provided   insurance for all products in case of damages through 3rd party companies
• An opening video is required as proof of damages
• If in case its partially damaged then that part can be replaced
• In case of full damages , the parcel company may not deliver
• you can whatsapp or email us the videos
